Arthrobics is a land-based group exercise program for adults managing arthritis and other medical conditions.

The three-month sessions are tailored for adults who could benefit from gentle aerobic conditioning exercises, with classes designed to meet your individual health needs to increase strength, endurance and flexibility.

All arthrobic classes are held at the Methodist Outpatient Rehabilitation Center located in the Bruceville Terrace building next to Mercy's Methodist Hospital.

Participants must be able to follow group instruction, as well as exercise independently.  Trained instructors, who are supervised and coordinated by one of our licensed physical therapists, teach all wellness programs. Individuals who wish to participate must complete the registration process, have their physician's permission and be able to understand and sign the participation agreement each quarter.

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Cost: $30 per month
